Restore purchases

Open Settings (the gear icon on the home screen) and tap Restore purchases, or tap Restore purchases on the Pixstitch Pro screen. This restores a subscription and the lifetime purchase.

Use the same Apple Account you bought Pixstitch Pro with. This also works on a new iPhone and after reinstalling the app.

Cancel a subscription

Pixstitch Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple, so it is cancelled in your Apple Account, not in the app: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Pixstitch and tap Cancel Subscription. While Pixstitch Pro is active, Manage subscription in Settings (the gear icon on the home screen) opens the same page.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period or the free trial ends to avoid the next charge; you keep Pixstitch Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Lifetime is a one-time purchase and never renews. If you buy Lifetime while a subscription is running, cancel the subscription as above; buying Lifetime does not stop it.

Apple handles all payments and refunds; to ask for a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.

Delete your data

On your iPhone:

• To delete one pattern, touch and hold it in My patterns and choose Delete, or open it and choose Delete.
• Settings → Delete all patterns on this phone removes all of them.
• Deleting the app removes its data from your phone, except the random device identifier, which the iPhone keychain can keep.

The photo you send is deleted from our server as soon as the pattern is made; the finished pattern is deleted after 7 days. To have data deleted earlier, write to us with the date of the pattern.

Languages

Pixstitch is available in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch and Simplified Chinese. It follows your iPhone’s language. If your iPhone lists more than one preferred language, you can choose another one for Pixstitch only: open the Settings app, find Pixstitch (under Apps on iOS 18 and later) and tap Language.
