Restore purchases

Open Settings (the gear icon) and tap Restore purchases, or tap Restore purchases on the Colorkin Pro screen.

Use the same Apple Account you bought Colorkin Pro with. This also works on a new iPhone and after reinstalling the app.

Cancel a subscription

Colorkin Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple, so it is cancelled in your Apple Account, not in the app: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Colorkin and tap Cancel Subscription. While Colorkin Pro is active, Manage subscription in Settings (the gear icon) opens the same page.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period or the free trial ends to avoid the next charge; you keep Colorkin Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Apple handles all payments and refunds; to ask for a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.

Delete your data

On your iPhone:

• To delete one page, touch and hold it in the Sketchbook and choose Delete.
• Settings → Delete all pages on this phone removes all of them. Pages you saved to Photos stay there until you delete them in Photos.
• Deleting the app removes its data from your phone, except the random device identifier, which the iPhone keychain can keep.

The photo you send is deleted from our server as soon as the page is made, and finished pages within 7 days. To have data deleted earlier, write to us.

Languages

Colorkin is available in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch and Simplified Chinese. It follows your iPhone’s language. If your iPhone lists more than one preferred language, you can choose another one for Colorkin only: open the Settings app, find Colorkin (under Apps on iOS 18 and later) and tap Language.
